"PRISM" Focuses the Entire Spectrum of Change
  Presented by Carl Sergeant

Abstract

Internet Protocol is totally transforming how we communicate, work and do business. Telecommunications companies were the first to realize the profound impact that IP would have on every sector of the economy, not only in terms of technology and infrastructure, but also on all aspects of process, design and delivery. Carl Sargeant will explain how Bell anticipated the challenges and demands of this truly “disruptive technology” by creating a flexible, adaptive and people centred approach to finding simple solutions for complex ICT challenges. Bell’s “Prism” concept comprehensively integrates several initiatives into one focused and responsive tool.

It uses a unique approach to streamline Bell’s operating model, while quickly moving the organization towards a flexible no-barriers – no silos world. Clear support for PMs, well defined career paths, continuing professional education and a fully resourced PMO based on an adaptable and strong infrastructure are all part of Carl’s groundbreaking design. Learn how your company can use this exciting new collaborative process to reinvent team dynamics while enhancing your efficiency, productivity and competitive presence in the marketplace.
